A Call For Prayer

Madison the City would like to invite all residents and neighbors of Madison to participate in A Call for Prayer, Thursday, September 22, 6:30 to 7:30 pm, at the First Baptist Church of Madison on Main Street. The doors will open at 6:00. The event will be non-denominational, and the evening will focus on God’s enabling of the people of the city and surrounding area to continuously work together to the benefit of all.

Madison is excited to be hosting a nationally known pastor, Dr. Robert Jeffress of First Baptist Church of Dallas, as our evening’s special guest speaker. Dr Jeffress will be sharing God’s word on the power of prayer and its role in making His people one in Christ as we address the challenges in our collective lives.

Nashville Songwriter’s Hall of Fame recipient, Dickey Lee, will lead off the evening and ask us to join him in his presentation of The Old Rugged Cross.

Please come join us for this brief opportunity to hear a leading voice in America as he attempts to call us to join together in Christ, and act as one to His glory.
